We offer Spokane's premier personal training, sports specific instruction, and speed and agility training by all degreed and certified trainers. Our baseball instructors are all former pros and offer unmatched instruction allowing young athletes to reach their full potential. Shockman’s Fitness & Batting Cages has a full gym and turf for training as well as a 70' batting cage with an Iron Mike pitching machine and a 35' batting cage. Teams as well as individuals of al levels rent the cages and we have all the equipment you need here ready to go. Shockman's Fitness & Batting Cages also offers beauty services including Airbrush Spray Tanning, Body Waxing and Brow Tinting.
